




Accessing Your Profile and Settings
To access your settings, click on the Profile image, then click the “My Settings” tab from the drop-down.
The left menu displays three settings tabs: My Profile, My Browsers, and Security Questions.

My Profile
The “My Profile” tab is where your company information is located. You can make edits to your company and contact information here.
The “Allow Administrator to Access My Account” switch can be turned on to allow your administrator or the system provider to log into your account to assist with troubleshooting any issues you may be facing. You can turn the switch off again once the issues have been resolved. The administrator or system provider will not have access to your password during this process.

My Browsers
The “My Browsers” tab tracks the devices used to access your account. Authenticated devices appearing on this tab will not have to be authenticated again unless they are removed from the list or you are using a different browser on the device.
You are also able to remove any devices from the list that you don’t recognize by clicking the three dots on the top right of the browser box and selecting “Remove Browser”.

Security Questions
The “Security Questions” tab is where you will set up questions to verify your identity if you forget your password. Click the “Add Security Questions” button to create your security questions.
Enter your password, then select a question from the drop-down list and enter the answer to the question. Do this for all three questions then click the "Save Changes" button.
