

Contacting Your Administrator
There are 2 ways to contact your administrator for a contract.
Click on the “Contact My Admin” drop-down on the top right of your contract page to access the administrator’s contact information. The option is available in most pages and features of a contract, like the payroll entry pages, the Completion Notice, etc.
Use the “Leave Notes for My Admin” button on the bottom left of your contract page. This option is only available on the contract enrollment pages.
The information for contacting your admin or leaving them a note is located within each contract page because you may have different administrators for some contracts.
If you leave a note for the administrator, the admin will receive the note through an email. You will not see the email sending, but it will be sent automatically once you click the “Send Comment” button.
