Your Username and Password
When you are assigned a contract by a CIP administrator, you should receive an email inviting you to login to the contractor portal and complete the enrollment paperwork. This email contains the URL, your username, and password for the contractor portal. If you do not receive this invitation, contact your CIP Administrator.
Logging In
Go to the URL provided, enter your username and password, and click “Sign In”.
Welcome
The first time you login, you will receive a welcome message.
Change Password
The system will next prompt you to change your password.
Enrollment Instructions
You will then be taken through a few instructional screens that provide information about completing your paperwork in the system.
Begin Enrollment
When you click “Begin Enrollment”, the contract screen will open so you can begin completing the forms for your enrollment.
Didn't go through this process?
If, for some reason, you are not taken through this process when logging into the portal for the first time, you can access your contract a few different ways.
Click on the “My Contracts” tab to see a list of your contracts. Click on a contract to view the "Enrollment" link for the enrollment process.
You can also click on the "Unenrolled Contracts" category in your “My Action Items”. Any contracts that need to be completed will be listed. Click on a contract to open the enrollment pages.
Dashboard & Action Items
You can also access any incomplete contracts on the “My Dashboard” tab. Your action items are available on the top of the Dashboard screen.
Click on “Unenrolled Contracts” to see a list of contracts that need to be completed for enrollment into the CIP. This is the same "My Action Items" feature that displays on the "My Contracts" tab.
Contracts excluded from the CIP will also appear here if the administrator is tracking all workers on the jobsite. Contract information forms for excluded contracts should also be completed.
Select Contract
Click on the contract you wish to complete.
Begin Enrollment
The contract screen will open so you can begin completing the forms for your enrollment.
