

Adding Your Subcontractors
The “Subcontractors” section allows you to identify any subcontractors you are hiring to work on this contract. This section will not display if the administrator has not given you access to add subcontractors from the portal.
If you have subcontractors for this contract, select “Yes” to open the Subcontractor information window.
Enter the information for your subcontractor and click “Save Subcontractor”. Only a few basic fields are required when adding your subcontractors, but additional fields are available if you have the information.
Adding your subcontractors will add a contract to the system and will send an email to them requesting that they complete their enrollment forms. You will not see this email, but it will send once you click the “Save Subcontractor” button.
If you do not know who all of your subcontractors will be when completing your enrollment, you can come back to the “Subcontractors” page later to add them, or you can send the information to your administrator.
