

Understanding the "My Action Items" on the Dashboard Tab
The “My Action Items” feature provides quick access to any open tasks you need to complete for your contracts. They are divided into 4 categories: Unenrolled Contracts, Expired Off-Site COIs, Missing Payroll, and Other Notifications. This feature only appears for general contractors and subcontractors. Sponsors/owners will not see the “My Action Items” section.
Below is a brief explanation of what work needs to be done on the contracts appearing in each category:
Unenrolled Contracts: If a new contract is assigned to you, while you are working on completing a the forms for a contract, or if your administrator marked a submitted contract as incomplete, those contracts will appear in this category. Complete the enrollment forms and submit them for administrator review to remove them from your action item list.
Expired Off-Site COIs: If any of your non-CIP policies have expired or are expiring within 30 days, your active contracts tied to those policies will display in this category. To remove these contracts from your action item list, upload your renewal policy information and submit it for the administrator to review.
Missing Payroll: When a payroll submission window opens or if you are missing a payroll submission for any of your contracts, they will be listed in this category. Submit any payroll for these contracts to remove them from your action item list.
Other Notifications: This section contains any items you need to address that do not fall into the other categories, such as payroll submissions or Completion Notices that have been marked incomplete by your administrator or any safety inspections requiring your attention. Make any updates requested for these contracts to remove them from your action item list.
