Understanding the My Contracts Page
The "My Contracts" tab on the top menu bar shows all the contracts you have been given access to, including those of your subcontractors. Use the "My Contracts" and "My Subcontractors" tabs within the page to toggle between the two lists.
Your "My Action Items" identifies any contracts requiring your attention for each category. Click on the category and then on a contract within the category to open and complete the task for the contract.

Contract Preview Information
In your list of contracts, a preview of the contract information is provided that includes the project name for the contract, the contract enrollment status, and any compliance alerts for the contract. Additional information includes the name of your hiring contractor (if applicable), your contract number or unique contract ID, and the name of the CIP program.

Expanded View of Contract
When you click on a contract in the list, a window will open below the record to show more details about the contract.
In the expanded window, you will be able to see the following information for the contract:
Trade
Enrollment type
Contract value

Contract Timeline
A timeline tracking the progress of your contract will display if your contract’s estimated start and end dates have been entered. Your enrollment date and closeout date will be included on the timeline when they are added.

Alerts for Expiring/Expired Non-CIP Policies
When any of your non-CIP policies is expired or are within 30 days of expiring, a line of red text will alert you to upload your policy renewal information. You can use the link in the text to add the renewal.

Tracking Graphs
Graphs are provided to track the Contract Value, Payroll, Man Hours, and Insurance Cost over the course of your contract.
The bars on the graph include:
Estimated – This value comes from the estimated values provided on the enrollment forms for your contract.
Baseline – The baseline uses the estimated begin and end dates for the contract to provide an estimation of the current values for the contract. It is calculated by comparing the estimated values from your contract details to how far along into the contract you are.
For example, if the estimated contract value for a contract is $12,000 and the contract begin and end dates are January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023, the baseline contract value on August 1st would be $8,000.
The baseline does not work if no estimated end date is provided.
To-Date – If the information captured in a graph is being reported to the administrator (or calculated based on what was reported to the administrator) over the course of your contract, the graph will show the current total reported (or calculated) amount. If the information is not being reported until the end of your contract, the graph will show the original estimated value plus any change orders that have been added.
Actual – This shows the final values reported when the contract is closed out.
Navigate through the various graphs using the gray arrows to the bottom left of the graphs.
